Motherhood has made us realise the necessity of a turnaround in the way we approach the relationship between professional and personal life, including terms such as remote work, flexibility and work-life balance.

AI methodology free of gender bias
We are currently testing our R+D+i project in collaboration with CIDAI (Centre for Innovation in Data Technology and Artificial Intelligence) using Artificial Intelligence to eliminate gender bias in our recruitment methods.
We base our processes and interviews on competencies, with the aim of avoiding any unconscious gender bias.
We create the right context to understand certain challenges and put measures in place to enable a balanced life and have a positive impact on wellbeing.
